High Court orders that government must #FixTheNorms and #FixOurSchools!

Today the Bhisho High Court ruled entirely in Equal Education’s (EE) favour in the #FixTheNorms case, including declaring aspects of the school infrastructure law that allowed government to indefinitely delay fixing the unsafe and inadequate infrastructure in South African schools, as “unconstitutional” and “invalid”.

Minister Pandor announces 100 bursaries for learners from O.R.Tambo District

Hundred learners from the O.R. Tambo District in Eastern Cape, where the Department of Higher Education and Training, hosted an annual Mandela Day Career Development Festival, are the recipients of full cost bursaries to study at an institution of their choice.
